Im new to reloading so I will have lots of questions! Lol

Anyone here familiar with fireforming casing for wildcat cartridges? I understand the concept and have read a bunch about it but looking for some more specific info. I’m forming cases for a 22 CHeetah and am curious about powder type, charge, and inert material used. Any info would be appreciated and could potentially keep me from hurting myself. LOL.
