Keystone Gun Sales, LLC was started by Andrew Henry at his residence in the small town of Carlisle, PA. His plans were to get his Federal Firearms License and maybe sell a few guns to buddies from time to time.
Andy’s brother Bill helped out at the shop on his days off as a US postal carrier, and once he retired, he joined Andy on a more full time capacity. Along with Bill came his well-known dog named Jax, who would man the counter while you browsed the large KGS inventory. While Jax used to be a regular fixture at the gun shop, he doesn’t come in as much anymore, but every now and then you will still catch him guarding the place!

In 2012 Sandy Hook unfolded and our gun rights were being questioned. That’s when all of Andy’s buddies started telling their buddies about the amazing deals they were getting at Keystone Gun Sales. The news of the KGS and its pricing spread like wildfire and quickly Andy outgrew the space at his home.
IN 2017, HE BUILT AND OPENED A BRAND NEW GUN SHOP AT 10 VALE ROAD NEWVILLE, PA.
At that point they created KGS Crew Inc. (dba Keystone Gun Sales).and joining the KGS staff was his mother-in-law, Evonne also known by many as GG. Taking over was not an easy task, as upon entering this new journey we had to deal with The covid pandemic, some civil uprisings and unrest within our Country and of course the elections. All which played a large part on the future of firearm sales and our 2A rights in question. We managed to navigate through all this since Andy had an extensive inventory at the change of hands. Following in Andy’s footsteps, our main goal was, and still is, customer service, keeping the LOWEST pricing possible, and one on one personal attention to all of our customers. Appointments are still required by calling 717-249-0000 or contacting us through Facebook so that we can give you our undivided attention through your firearms transaction.
In 2019, as the business grew very quickly, Andy decided he wanted to fully retire and spend more time with family who were dealing with some health issues.
In wanting to keep KGS as a family operated business; he listed Keystone Gun Sales for sale in the KGS Crew private group on Facebook. Brent Miller and Amber Kane, both long-time customers of KGS, contacted Andy about acquiring the business. After hammering out the details and obtaining an FFL from the ATF, Brent & Amber purchased the business in April 2020. .

Try to take regular field trips in here! Like children in a candy store as they say. Best prices around. Probably drive passed 5 other shops driving to this one but will always return here. In and out with ease. You probably won't want to leave that fast though!

KGS and it’s staff are by far the best FFL Dealer in the the Central Pa and surrounding areas. Great prices friendly atmosphere and knowledge they got knowledge. If they don’t have what you want in stock they will do their best to find it for you. You won’t be disappointed.

I had an extremely good experience at this location. They were flexible, patient, and knowledgeable. The location is a bit hard to find but they make it much easier with high visibility signs. Definitely coming back to this business, they give amazing deals to their customers and don't rip us off.
