End user consumers who legally purchase(d) a newly manufactured, eligible KDS9c model handgun from an authorized, participating Federal Firearms License holding retail dealer during the period from January 1st, 2024 through November 30th, 2024 (the “Purchase Window”) and that otherwise satisfy the terms and conditions of this offer may participate in this offer.
